Our mission at Urbina Chiropractic is to provide affordable quality care and service. We are a family oriented practice, dedicated to helping people of all ages get well and stay well. We want to interest and educate our patients in the care of their bodies, helping them make good choices towards their health and well being.

Our office is located at Woodlake Plaza in the Oakhills/Medical Center area. We are just two blocks outside of Loop 410, on Fredericksburg Road. We have been serving San Antonio from the same location since 1993. You'll find us conveniently located, with easy access from all points of San Antonio.

Samuel R. Urbina, DC

Dr. Urbina and his wife Carmen have enjoyed serving the San Antonio area for nearly seventeen years. They are originally from Eagle Pass, Texas, married in 1976. Carmen, who has a degree in education and a masters in counseling, is the office manager of Urbina Chiropractic. Dr. Urbina completed his pre-med requirements at UTSA before entering Parker College of Chiropractic in Dallas. In 1992, he received his degree of Doctor of Chiropractic and successfully completed the National Boards and State of Texas licensing exams. He is certified Advanced Proficiency in Activator Methods Technique, a precise and gentle form of chiropractic treatment. They attend the United Church of God where he enjoys participating in the music and outreach programs.
